125g Dr. Goerg Coconut Flower Sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
200g Staubzucker
60g Dinkelmehl
30g Dr. Goerg Coconut flour
1 THE Dr. Goerg Coconut leaf syrup
1 tbsp vinegar
Mix the 5 egg whites with the desiccated coconut, coconut blossom sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Heat the mixture over steam to approx. 50 degrees so that the coconut flakes and sugar are lightly toasted. Then take the coconut-sugar mixture from the stove and stir in the spelled and coconut flour, as well as coconut blossom syrup and vinegar (all remaining ingredients).
Let the mixture cool down a bit and then fill it into a piping bag with a slightly larger nozzle. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C hot air and lay out a baking sheet with baking paper. Now you can squirt the coconut mixture into small heaps on the baking paper. Then the Busserl come in the oven for another 12-15 minutes.
