What is C2Max?

C2Max was specially developed scientifically to provide more energy when the muscles are strained, which is achieved through the 2: 1 ratio between glucose and fructose. The combination with fructose sources works better than with pure glucose sources alone, which is shown above all by an increase in performance during long and intense endurance exercise. In this gel, as in other sports nutrition from Powerbar (also bars), exactly this combination is used.

Consumption recommendation:
During exercise you can consume one to four sachets (one sachet with caffeine) per day. With the PowerBar PowerGel Original, it is recommended to take the gel in combination with liquid. The flavors containing caffeine are not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children.

Ingredients:
Using the example of Powerbar Powergel strawberry / banana: maltodextrin, water, fructose, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, acidifier (citric acid), flavor, preservative (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). May contain traces of milk, eggs, celery and mustard.
