Weight cuffs

The practical weight cuffs are ideal for training At home or for Outside. The weights can versatile be used, such as for to jog, Nordic Walking, hike or for general Bodywork Exercises. The one with a flexible operable Velcro fastener equipped weights can be easily attached to the wrists and ankles. A versatile training of muscles and joints is thus possible.

The cuffs are off Nylon manufactured and available in different weights.
It is advisable to choose several weight classes so that you can increase step by step, depending on your training progress.

The wrist weights are sold individually (not in pairs).
