Sponser Recovery Drink

The Sponser Recovery Drink is often used after exercise for relaxation and regeneration. The recovery drink provides energy in the form of carbohydrates and, with casein and whey protein hydrolyzate, helps maintain muscle and increase muscle mass. It also contains the free amino acids leucine and glutamine.

Consumption recommendation:
