What should I have for breakfast today? It is not so easy to start the day sufficiently full and at the same time start the day with a healthy meal. I am a big fan of homemade muesli because you know exactly what you are having for breakfast and how much sugar it really contains. In addition, the ingredients can be varied according to personal preferences and taste. So you can easily get variety and have breakfast what you really like to eat.

Workload: approx. 10 min

Ingredients for approx. 2 large servings

15 dag oatmeal
4 days Dr. Georg Kokosraspel or Dr. Georg Kokosflakes
4 dag sunflower seeds
4 day Almond pins
1 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
1 tbsp raisins (optional)
1 TL Dr. Goerg Coconut Flower Sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 THE Dr. Goerg Coconut leaf syrup
1 THE Dr. Goerg Coconut oil

Recipe for homemade muesli:

Mix the dry ingredients together. If raisins are also used, they are first chopped into small pieces and also mixed with the dry ingredients and mixed well. Then heat the coconut oil with the coconut blossom syrup in a pan (here I like to use the wok pan, as it allows me to roast more muesli). Now the dry, mixed ingredients are added to the pan and roasted until the muesli begins to smell wonderful. Always stir well!

The muesli can then be eaten immediately with milk, yoghurt or soy or almond milk. Fresh fruits in muesli are particularly recommended - these perfectly round off the homemade breakfast.

So that there is always enough muesli available, I recommend preparing the muesli in advance. Here I always take four times the amount. Before the muesli is filled into storage jars, it should cool down in a bowl.

Good luck and an energetic start to the day!
